Rick is out in the yard of the prison where he is observing surroundings through binoculars. He sees Michonne investigating an upturned van. He then sees Lori’s ghost stood by her grave. He goes over to her only for her to disappear. He looks around in confusion and sees her again just outside the prison fences. She walks off and he follows her again, opening the various gates as he does so. She is now stood by the water, he heads over to her where they have an intimate reunion. Michonne looks on in horror as she sees Rick caressing thin air.
In Woodbury Andrea is in her room when the Governor knocks on. He congratulates her on the speech she gave the residents, to give them hope and confidence in Woodbury. She asks him about the prison, to which he responds that as long as they leave them alone there will not be any trouble. She answers back with, “no retaliation?” and he replies with “where would that get us”. She then says that she needs to go see them at the prison, he then asks her to be the leader while he sorts himself out over the loss of his daughter.
